Vacancy Details

Bank of Baroda has announced a total of 2700 Bank of Baroda Apprentices vacancies across India. The category-wise and region-wise vacancy distribution will be mentioned in the official notification. Below is an approximate category distribution for reference:

Vacancies are distributed among different states and union territories depending on the Bank’s requirements. Candidates are advised to choose the state carefully while applying, as transfers are not allowed during the apprenticeship period.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution as on the closing date of application submission. Those who have already undergone apprenticeship training or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization are not eligible to apply.

Bank of Baroda Apprentice Age Limit (as on 01 November 2025)

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 28 Years
• Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories as per Government rules:
  • SC / ST: 5 Years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
  • PwBD: 10 Years (Additional as per category)

Application Fee

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹800/-
• SC / ST / PwBD: ₹400/-
• Mode of Payment: Online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Application fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates must ensure eligibility before making payment.

Selection Process

The selection process for Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment 2025 will be based on the following stages:

1. Online Written Examination – Objective type test consisting of 100 multiple choice questions from:
   • General Awareness (especially about Banking Sector)
   • Quantitative Aptitude
   • Reasoning Ability
   • Computer Knowledge
   • English Language

   The exam duration will be 60 minutes. Negative marking of 0.25 marks will apply for each wrong answer.

3. Local Language Proficiency Test – To ensure the candidate’s ability to read, write, and speak the local language of the state they applied for.
4. Medical Examination – As per Bank’s standards before final engagement.

Stipend and Duration

The period of apprenticeship training will be for 12 months. Selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend as per the guidelines of the Apprenticeship Act and the bank’s policy. No additional benefits like DA, HRA, or allowances will be provided during the apprenticeship period.

4. Register yourself with valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
5. Fill out the online application form carefully and upload the required documents:
   • Recent passport size photograph
   • Signature
   • Educational certificates
   • Valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID)
6. Pay the application fee through online payment gateway.
7. Submit the form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
